Package for short-term rentals (minimum 3 hours)
Monday to Friday 7 am - 2 pm
Monday to Thursday 2 pm - 9 pm
Weekends excluded.
Rental Details
Setup service ($75): in case you want a special arrangement of tables.
Sound System ($80), Microphone ($30), Projector and Screen ($70)
A cleaning fee of $95 applies to all rentals.
STAT Holidays are subject to an additional $500 fee.

Experience culinary journey spans multiple countries and leadership roles: working with a Michelin-star chef in Germany, Executive Chef in Denmark, restaurant and hotel owner, manager camp lead in Fort McMurray, and former Executive Chef at St. Thomas More College.
Education Master’s Degree in Culinary Arts, certified cooking instructor, and culinary examiner.

YXE Foodies can fulfill all your catering needs.
Only food and Non-Alcoholic beverages provided by YXE Foodies Catering may be consumed on the premises.
Any special dietary requests at the time of service, and not noted in prior arrangements, will be gladly fulfilled but will be subject to an additional charge.
You can get your own Liquor Permit and bring in your own alcohol. We will supply professional bartenders!
Strictly No Outside Food or Catering Allowed
All food and non-alcoholic beverages must be provided through our venue. Exceptions are only made for pre-approved items related to medical, religious, or severe dietary needs. All exceptions must be arranged in advance and approved in writing by venue management.

Our space graciously accommodates seated celebrations of up to 75 guests and more in comfort and style.
Your booking includes a standard set-up with rectangular tables.
Round tables can be added if desired.
Linen and chair covers can be added to your booking at an additional charge.

Full Weekend Rentals require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
One-Day Weekend Rentals require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Short-term Rentals require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit
A refundable $500 damage deposit is due 30 days before the event date
